Olger Aguilar Casares Presidente del CIT presidencia@colegiotopografoscr.com Palabras clave: Denuncia, ejercicio ilegal de la profesión, ética, fiscalización, afectación, responsabilidad Key words: Complaint, illegal exercise of the profession, ethics, supervision, involvement, responsibility RESUMEN La Junta Directiva del Colegio de Ingenieros Topógrafos en los últimos meses ha recibido varias denuncias de pro- pietarios de terrenos y de algunos profesionales liberales que se han visto afectados por el ejercicio ilegal de la Agrimensura y la Topografía en diferentes zonas del país y que de manera expedita hemos venido trabajando para poder realizar las respectivas denuncias ante el Ministe- rio Público. ABSTRACT The Board of Directors of the Professional Association of Topographical Engineers in recent months has received several complaints from landowners and some freelance professionals who have been affected by the illegal exer- cise of Surveying and Topography in different areas of the country. We have been working expeditiously to be able to make the respective complaints before the Public Ministry.
