RESUMEN A partir del 1 de julio de este año, los ingenieros topó- grafos contarán con una nueva metodología de pre- sentación de planos ante el Registro Nacional. Este artículo aborda la transformación de este proceso. ABSTRACT As of July 1 of this year, surveying engineers will have a new methodology for submitting plans to the Na- tional Registry.
