RESUMEN
La vida de la Ing. Rosa Isella Umaña Ugalde se
resume en tres palabras: lucha, esfuerzo y dedi-
cación. Esta mujer de 35 años ha formado parte
de la Junta Directiva del CIT y su historia de vida
es ejemplo de éxito y constancia profesional.
ABSTRACT
The life of Engineer Rosa Isella Umaña-Ugalde
can be summarized in three words: fighting,
effort, and dedication. This 35-year-old woman
has been a member of the Board of Directors
of the Topographical Engineering Professional
Association (CIT in Spanish) and her life story
is an example of success and professional
perseverance.
