RESUMEN
Los artículos 41 y 42 del Reglamento a la Ley
de Catastro Nacional (Decreto Ejecutivo N°
34331) contienen el Principio de Especialidad del
Catastro, pilar fundamental de las actuaciones
catastrales, determinando estas normas que
los planos se calificarán de conformidad con
el Ordenamiento Jurídico y la información a
disposición de este Registro.
ABSTRACT
Articles 41 and 42 of the Regulations to the
National Land Registry Law (Executive Decree
No 34331) hold the Land Registry Specialization
Principle, a basic foundation of land registry
proceedings, this rules specify that plans will be
qualifie in accordance to the legal system and
the information available to this Registry.
